About the Committee

One of the MCA's most popular committees, the Planning and Zoning Committee regularly reviews zoning and other land-use proposals. Based on the P&Z Committee's recommendations, the MCA Board takes positions and presents testimony before the Planning Commission, Board of Supervisors, and the Board of Zoning Appeals. The Committee also tries to help resolve land-use disputes between property owners and affected neighbors.

The Committee meets on the last Tuesday of the month at the McLean Community Center at 7:30 PM.
