The Committee meets the second Tuesday of the month at the McLean Community Center.
About the Committee
The Transportation Committee works with neighborhoods to identify problem intersections and other safety related issues on local streets and roadways. Members work closely with County and State transportation departments (DOT and VDOT) and with the District Supervisor to find solutions. Committee members follow the progress of major transportation initiatives that impact McLean, such as Rail to Dulles, and the Beltway widening proposal and prepare recommendations for MCA Board consideration.
